Londoners looking for the culture of the Royal Opera and the convenience of the market piazza will enjoy Covent Garden. Whether you are a tenant looking for a chic area to live or a professional and business owner looking for just the right location, Covent Garden will suit you. There are many spaces and locations available in a variety of sizes to suit a renter or property owner's needs. Covent Garden property is reasonably priced like Soho, yet you get the amenities of the upscale areas such as Mayfair and you are conveniently located close to London's many west end theatres.

Seven Dials is not just a shoppers delight within the Covent Garden district of London, it is a thriving sub district that is easily assessable by taxi, tube, plane, and train. Tourists and residents enjoy the trendy shops and night life afforded the area. Business owners reap the benefits of having a location which will generate healthy revenue yearly. The area is flooded with millions of tourists each year. Properties and flats are still available for the city dweller or entrepreneur.

Seven Dials is a road conjunction where seven roads converge. At the center of the road conjunction is the Seven Dials sundial pillar. The pillar has six sundials to commemorate what was believed to be the first street plans for the district. It was believed that only six roads were to be included in the original village plan and therefore the reason for the six faces on the dial. The original monument stood at the base of the converging streets, but was taken down and relocated to Weybridge to honour the daughter of King Frederick William II of Prussia.

Even though the Seven Dials referred to the actual central hub of the road junction, it is understood to mean the surroundings too. The rentals and properties for sale in the vicinity run from Shaftesbury Avenue to Shelton Street from north to south and east to west from Endell Street to West Street. The seven street radius is very small and an individual can walk it in few minutes. Therefore, as you can imagine, the space for offices and other establishments are greatly sought after.

Shoppers can enjoy the busy retail area, and retailers, compete for this prime location. Though business people may not want to shop at their midday break, if they have a commercial establishment in the area, they will reap the benefits of hungry shoppers.

Businesspeople often entertain local or international clients. These clients will be basking in the British culture when they come to Seven Dials and Covent Garden. A favourite eatery shared by several business people is the one of the exquisite French restaurants. Clients will enjoy an evening out at the theatre or Royal Opera.

The Covent Garden tube or buses connect easily to Seven Dials so that if your friends or clients come to visit you they will find the area without too many directions.

Clients are in for a great surprise when they come in time for Queen Elizabeth's diamond jubilee. Everyone from ice cream vendors to grand hotels will be offering their specialties for the occasion. Special entertainment has been planned for this historic occasion as well.
